We are OPEN again

Dear all,

RIVM and our professional organisation (KNGF) have given us green light to scale up slowly physiotherapy care.

I will continue to do consultations online where possible. For new clients an online intake will take place, followed if needed with a regular appointment for a possible physical examination and treatment in the practice.

It is important to know that if you, or someone in your family, has symptoms of corona, we will make video calls or postpone the appointment.

We ask you to answer the following four questions before you visit your physiotherapist:

1 | Have you been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient less than 14 days ago? yes/ no

2 | Do you have symptoms of a cold, sneezing, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing and / or fever (≥38 C)? yes/ no

3 | Do you have roommates / family members with these complaints? yes / no

4 | Do you currently have COVID-19? yes/ no

If you answer yes to one or more questions, please STAY at HOME or contact us to reschedule your appointment.

It is important that we adhere to the hygiene and logistic rules together:

  • Consultation only by previous appointment made via email or WhatsApp / sms (no walks-in)

  • We don' t shake hands

  • Please wash your hands before and after your appointment

  • 1 person per physiotherapist

  • Cough and sneeze in your elbow

  • Keep 1.5 meters away from other patients

  • We will provide paper towels and tissues where need it

  • If necessary, the physical therapist uses personal protective equipment. In practice, everyone keeps as far as possible 1.5 meters from each other.

  • Please do not come with flu or other respiratory complaints. By cough, fever or any other symptoms as feeling unwell, please STAY at HOME and contact your physiotherapist to reschedule your appointment.

Together we do everything we can to prevent the spread of the coronavirus: your physiotherapist tells you which physiotherapeutic care is possible. We trust that you understand the measures.

Take care and thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,

Tamara
